Hypertune content calendar, October to December 2026

Som · revised Tuesday 6 October 2026 · built from the keyword map (V12) and the AI content framework (V8), checked against Ahrefs (every primary keyword), Google's top 10 for 15 keywords, and game season dates. Bobby's job in the plan (B6); built by Som so it is not a blocker, for Bobby to check.

Who does what, for every page: Som drafts. Hoa and Vin review the next working day. Austin approves. The website developer publishes. Som logs it and requests indexing.

This week

Content starts now, not on 12 October. The hours come from this week's items that are already done.

How pages are ordered

  1. Steady demand goes first; seasons time the refreshes. A page needs weeks to rank, so chasing a season with a new page usually misses it. Pages are ordered by steady demand, then refreshed before their game's next season. One exception: Call of Duty, because Modern Warfare 4 (23 Oct) is a new game, not a season.
  2. Priority score, out of 9: traffic potential + chance to rank + fit with Hypertune, each 1 to 3. - Traffic potential (Ahrefs): 3 for 2,000 or more, 2 for 300 to 1,999, 1 below 300 or no data. - Chance to rank: 3 if a small site (domain rating under 30) is already in Google's top 10; 2 if difficulty is 0 to 5; otherwise 1. - Fit: 3 if Hypertune changes it directly (game settings, FPS); 2 if partly (Windows and BIOS settings); 1 until Austin confirms.
  3. Buyer pages are ranked separately. Trust, pricing and comparison pages have few searches but are where people decide to buy, so they get one slot in every two weeks regardless of score.

The plan

Draft dates match Som's timesheet. "US / global" is searches a month for the one primary keyword (US last month / global; Ahrefs, 5 Oct).

"Intent" is what the searcher wants: Learn (top of the funnel: settings and fixes), Compare (middle: weighing up tools) or Buy (bottom: price, trust, does it work). "Group" is the set of pages that link to each other (see "How the pages link together"). Planned URLs are added once Austin sets the URL pattern.

The mix: 19 Learn pages, 4 Compare and 1 Buy, plus the trust page (also Buy). Learn pages bring the traffic; the six Compare and Buy pages are where people decide, so each Learn page links to one of them (see "How the pages link together").

Moved to January: The Finals (US 90 a month), Overwatch 2 (US 50, no traffic potential), Black Ops 7, Deadlock (invite-only), Roblox (outside the shooters-only list). Not in this calendar until Austin's facts arrive: benchmark method, reviews and Intel pages.

Going live, and what each page should achieve

Drafting runs about three pages a week. The plan publishes two a week, so the table below shows when each page goes live at that rate, in priority order. At two a week, the last four pages slip to January (see question 1 for Vin).

"4-week target" is checked in Search Console four weeks after the page goes live. Top 20 where small sites already rank or difficulty is 0 to 5; top 50 where strong sites hold the top 10.

Refreshes, spread through the weeks rather than one block: each page is refreshed in the week it reaches four weeks of Search Console data. The first four come during November drafting: CS2 Wed 11 Nov (also before the Major), gaming guide Fri 13 Nov, Fortnite Tue 17 Nov, Call of Duty Fri 20 Nov. The rest follow from 25 Nov to 10 Dec, two a day, as in the timesheet. Second passes go to the pages with an event in December: CS2 (Major playoffs), Fortnite (5 Dec season), Rust (3 Dec wipe) and Valorant (6 Jan act). From January, about one slot in four goes to refreshes, so game pages stay current with each patch.

What every game page includes

A settings page is only worth reading if the settings were tested. Every game page shows:

The CS2 draft (C4) uses this layout; examples and sources are in N7.

This needs a gaming PC Som can test on (question 3 for Vin). Without one, pages can still go out with settings researched from pro players and patch notes, but without before-and-after numbers.

How the pages link together

Questions for Vin

  1. How many pages a week can go live? The plan says two; drafting runs about three. At two, four pages slip to January. At three, everything is live by 4 December. Can the website developer publish three, or can Som publish directly in the site's editor?
  2. Which countries come first? The keyword numbers are US first. The UK and EU get the new cookie pop-up, so they are clearly a market. Should pages be written for the US, or for English-speaking players everywhere (which changes spelling, prices and examples)?
  3. Is there a gaming PC Som can test on, or should game pages go out without before-and-after numbers for now?
  4. Can Austin share Hypertune's FPS data by game from the Game Hub? It would make every game page stronger than the competition's.
  5. Who is the named author on guides and game pages?
  6. Homepage keyword: Google shows only guides for "pc optimization for gaming", the homepage's keyword in C1. Should the gaming guide take it over, and the homepage go after "fps booster" and "best pc optimizer" instead?

What changed from the 5 October version

Ideas for later

Not scheduled. Each one gets a score and joins the plan at the Monday update if it beats the lowest-scored page still to draft.

Idea Where it came from Why it might matter
More game pages, faster, from the CS2 layout (about 2 hours each once the first nine are done) Hone has 42 game pages On these searches, covering more games matters
The Finals, Overwatch 2, Black Ops 7, Deadlock, Roblox Moved out of this calendar (above) Recheck searches in January
"Best [game] settings for [graphics card]" sections SmoothFPS answers "best apex settings rtx 3060" in its questions Long searches a settings-by-PC table can win
Questions with Search Console impressions but no page Monthly recheck Often the quickest wins
